The following Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the functionalities of the website (“the Site”) owned and operated by AgriWizz. By accessing the Site on any device, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These may change from time to time, so please review them regularly.
The use of the Site is governed by Dutch law. By using the Site, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
All content on the Site, including text, photos, videos, brands, and logos, is protected by copyright and is the property of AgriWizz or its licensors. Reproduction, reuse, or redistribution is not permitted without written consent.
The Site and its services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.” AgriWizz disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or data accuracy. Use of the internet involves third-party networks, and AgriWizz is not responsible for data loss, alteration, or delays.
AgriWizz is not liable for any loss (including income, data, or goodwill) from use of the Site.
Product data is taken from manufacturers’ websites (with consent), and no warranties are provided on accuracy or completeness.
AgriWizz’s purpose is to:
AgriWizz does not sell or own the products. Information is provided by manufacturers with no substantial alteration.
AgriWizz provides messaging but is not responsible for communications between parties.
User content (e.g. reviews and forum posts) reflects user opinions and not those of AgriWizz.
Email communication is optional and can be unsubscribed at any time.
There are three user types:
Subscribed users must provide accurate information and keep it updated. User data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
AgriWizz reserves the right to cancel subscriptions or block access for violations.
Fees are paid in advance (6-month or 12-month plans).
Subscriptions apply to products active at the time of subscription and cannot be changed during the term.
Additional products can be added within the plan limits.
Subscription starts the 1st of the month after payment and ends at the end of the chosen term.
No changes or cancellations are allowed during the active period, except for disagreement with updated Terms.
AgriWizz will notify Suppliers of expiration 2 weeks in advance.
Products are listed only at the request of the original manufacturer. Listings remain public as long as there is at least one active Supplier associated with them.
AgriWizz will ensure service availability, except in cases of:
AgriWizz may reorganize product information for presentation purposes without changing the substance.
Listings may be sorted by geo-location using the user’s IP address.
AgriWizz moderates forums to protect user reputation.
Fraudulent behavior affecting review scores may result in access revocation.
AgriWizz is not responsible for intangible losses unless proven at fault.
Terms & Conditions may be updated to reflect legal changes or internal updates.
Users who disagree with the changes may terminate their subscription.
Rights under these Terms are cumulative and not exclusive of legal remedies.
Good-faith negotiation is required before legal proceedings.
Any unresolved disputes shall be handled under Dutch law and the jurisdiction of the courts in AgriWizz’s headquarters location.
