Agriwizz (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, and processed when you access or use the Agriwizz platform (“Platform”, “Service”).

Due to the nature of the Platform as an intelligence and information hub, certain product, portfolio, and historical listing information may be retained for extended periods as part of an archive.
Product information sourced from manufacturers’ websites with their consent remains public and visible while at least one Supplier is linked to the Product. For record-keeping, reference, and archival purposes, such product information may be retained for up to ten (10) years after the Product’s last public listing.
Users may request deletion of their accounts and associated personal data. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable law. Where deletion is not possible due to legal obligations or legitimate business purposes, reasonable steps are taken to limit data use and, where appropriate, anonymize or aggregate the data.
Agriwizz implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. These safeguards are reviewed and updated as appropriate.
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Agriwizz does not store full payment card details beyond what is necessary to complete a transaction.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Access to the Services may be suspended if a security issue is suspected.
While reasonable steps are taken to protect personal information, no internet transmission is completely secure. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed, and any transmission of personal data is at the user’s own risk. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us promptly.
