Description
The Tetra-SPACE tipping trailers are triple-axle tipping trailers with turntable that are ideal for transporting harvests on long distances. They are all made of high tensile steel. The chassis has an ergonomic and durable design thanks to its hot-dip galvanisation (in the JOSKIN Group’s galvanisation plant). The bodies are compact, robust and modular. In addition, the 3-way tipping system, as a standard, makes them even more versatile. In short: a real transportation multi-talent in XXL version!
Description
Ease to Use
The lower and narrow chassis of the Tetra-SPACE is fitted on a running gear with parabolic leaves. It guarantees flexibility and high operating comfort, both in the field and on the road, even under the most difficult conditions.
Galvanised Chassis and Drawbar
In addition to the qualities of the steel and 2K paint used to guarantee an outstanding durability, the drawbar and chassis are hot-dip galvanised, which provides the best possible protection against corrosion.
3-Way Tipping System
In some places difficult to reach or in order to tip precisely, it is good to be able to use the side-tip function. The hydraulic tipping ram is fixed on an oscillating frame, and the side tipping angle is automatically limited (limit cable). This makes, with a “train of tippers”, the 3-way tipping system an essential feature.
Multifunctional Body
The body offers many advantages: 3-way tipping system as standard, side panels that can be fully or partially removed according to the current needs, but also many possible combinations of side panels (60 cm or 80 cm) to achieve volumes up to 32.54 m³. By removing all the side panels, the tipping trailer can be used as a bale trailer to transport round bales, square bales or pallets. It is also possible to fit a rear grain auger driven by a hydraulic motor. In short: a real XXL multipurpose tipping trailer.
Sturdy and Watertight Body
The body’s structure with closed profiled tubes increases the resistance to pressure of the walls and give a fluid and modern design to the machine. The body’s floor made of 4 mm thick high tensile steel, provides an ideal strength without increasing the empty weight. The body is also equipped all around with high-strength synthetic rubber seals (industrial quality). The side panels are locked with a large number of hooks that increase the contact between the side panel and the floor seal. Even for journeys on very bumpy roads, the body provides a perfect tightness.
