Pulling device

A slender towing device enables a tight turning circle and thus a very compact vehicle. With a large portfolio of different hole patterns, we can realize all towing eyes.

– for smoother handling, absorbs shocks on bad roads

– by simply repositioning the locking bolts, several trailer heights can be adjusted (55 to 90 cm for standard tyres)

Small turning circle

The slim design of the pulling device enables a very large steering angle and noticeably reduces the turning circle. With the optional forced steering, the adjustable collision protection can be adapted to the tractor.

Chassis

We only use rectangular tubes made of particularly high-quality steel that are closed all around, no cheap pressed steel or welded constructions. The large-volume rectangular tube saves weight, is extremely torsion-resistant, has no open joints and cracks and is therefore easy to clean. Visually, it also leaves a very good and neatly tidy impression.

Chassis 32t Parabelfederung

Parabolic suspension with 32t lifting capacity. With extended spring center to ensure optimal stability. The spring packages are always mounted on the axles to achieve a high ground clearance.

Two-way tipper version

Tub tipper in the two-way tipper version. Sideways tippers combine the robustness of the reverse tippers with the flexibility of a side tipper.Due to the firmly welded central stanchion and the continuous frame crown at the top, the superstructures are extremely stable and torsion-resistant. This frame design also creates ideal conditions for attaching a hydraulically opening tailgate to guarantee grain tightness and stability.The two side sides are suspended in a pendulum and can be opened at the bottom by means of a heavy central locking system. The side walls are completely smooth on the inside, so the load can slide off unhindered. Due to the construction with central stanchions and frame crown, the side walls are integrated into a fixed outer frame, a guarantee for a long service life, distortion is practically impossible.The version as a two-way tipper has now become established. This can normally be tilted backwards and to the left. The right side is made as a closed side wall, as with the tub tipper. This provides a significant increase in torsional strength, especially for very long bodies or uneven loading. Cleaning is easier because there are fewer moving parts, joints and cracks.

Gimbal / Cylinder Suspension

The telescopic cylinder is mounted in a gimbal. This prevents tension in the cylinder extensions during the tipping process. The upper ball socket of the telescopic cylinder is not secured with a simple sea ring, but with a very robust screw connection.

Waist belt

The waist belt transfers the forces that occur during the tilting process from the floor assembly to the frame crown. The waist belt is welded all around, so no moisture can penetrate. The side walls are made of one piece. The multiple edges of the sheets get the most stability out of the material. The frame crown consists of a rectangular tube 80 x 100 mm closed all around and closes the hull cleanly and robustly at the top.

Lighting system

high-quality 3-chamber rear light with impact-resistant light disc, all lights with LED design, held in place by a stable light carrier with “pointed roof” to reduce pressure deposits.

Hydraulische Heckklappe

A hydraulically opening tailgate with automatic pressure and integrated shut-off valve is a must for every modern tipper tub. A typical innovation from Krampe, which has now also established itself among many market competitors. Highly simple but extremely effective! When the tailgate is tilted, the two locking hooks open automatically and release the tailgate. During the closing process, it goes the other way around, the tailgate lowers, then the closing hooks close and press the tailgate over the curve track to the side wall of the trailer. In the case of the big-body tippers, the hydraulic cylinders are retracted when the tailgate is closed. The lateral swivel bearings of the excavation boom do not protrude but are flush with the upper end of the frame crown. A risk of damage during loading is thus excluded.
